(Type code, size code, ID code [2 digits])
The basic code used to indicate the bearing diameter, diameter series, width series and type, usually up to five digits, the first described as follows:
1) bearing diameter with the basic code from the right of the first digit said. For the commonly used diameter d = 20 ~ 480mm bearing diameter is generally a multiple of 5, the two digits that the bearing diameter size is divided by the quotient of 5, such as 04 that d = 20mm; 12 said d = 60mm and so on. For bearings with diameters of 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm and 17 mm, the inner diameter codes are 00,01,02 and 03, respectively. For bearings with diameters less than 10 mm and greater than 500 mm, the inner diameter is specified separately, see GB / T272-93.
2) The diameter of the bearing series (ie, the same structure, the same diameter bearing diameter and width of the series of changes) with the basic code from the right third digit said. For example, for radial bearings and radial thrust bearings, 0,1 for special light series; 2 for light series; 3 for middle series; 4 for heavy series. The size of the series between the comparison as shown below. Thrust bearings in addition to 1 that special light series, the rest and the radial bearing that is consistent.
3) The width of the bearing series (ie, the series of changes in the bearing width of the structure, diameter and diameter series) is represented by the fourth digit of the base code. When the width of Figure 13-4 Diameter series comparison column for the 0 series (normal series), the majority of bearings in the code can not mark the width of the series code O, but for spherical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, width series Code 0 should be marked.

4) bearing type code with the basic code from the right fifth digit (for cylindrical roller bearings and needle roller bearings and other types of code for the letter).
