In order to make product R & D more efficient and reduce the probability of problems after products enter the market, VCD implements the contents required by R & D, quality and production in strict accordance with iatf16949 procedure.

Experimental and testing equipment
VCD has continuously invested in research and development in recent years. The company's R & D center is equipped with excellent measuring equipment, which can be used to test, analyze and evaluate bearings. VCD bearings shall be subject to 100% noise and vibration inspection and appearance inspection before delivery.
